SW performance tester (medior/senior)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro bratislavskou pobočku mezinárodní hi-tech společnosti, která vyvíjí produkty ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Na pozici budete:

  • definovat, dokumentovat, komunikovat strategie a požadavky na performance testování
  • využívat JMeter a k6 pro vývoj a spouštění plánů a skriptů testování výkonnosti; monitorovat, analyzovat a reportovat výsledky
  • dávat dohromady podrobné zprávy o performance testování, shrnovat výsledky a zjištění, zpracovávat doporučení
  • spolupracovat s vývojovými a QA týmy, komunikovat s nimi ohledně požadavků na výkonnost aplikací; spolupracovat s DevOps týmy na integraci testování do CI/CD pipelines
  • neustále se vzdělávat, průběžně vyhledávat a zavádět nové postupy testování
  • poskytovat vedení a mentoring mladším členům týmu

Požadavky

Hledáme nadšeného performance testera, který:

  • má už alespoň roční zkušenosti jako performance tester - dokáže performance testy navrhovat, provádět i analyzovat
  • velmi dobře zná metodiky i best practices performance testování, dokáže dobře definovat a dokumentovat požadavky na výkonnost software
  • se ideálně setkal i s některým ze skriptovacích jazyků a má zkušenost s tvorbou testovacích skriptů (není podmínkou)
  • umí pracovat s nástroji jako je JMeter nebo k6
  • dokáže bez problémů komunikovat v českém i anglickém jazyce v psané i mluvené formě
  • nemá problém s dojížděním alespoň jednou za 3 týdny do Bratislavy (a ideálně zde i bydlí)

Pozice primárně směřuje do Bratislavy - primárně tedy hledáme uchazeče z Bratislavy, případně ze Slovenska, kteří jsou schopni alespoň jednou za 3 týdny do Bratislavy dojet. Výjimečně je pozice otevřena i kandidátům z ČR, kterým nevadí dojíždění.

  • jedná se o hlavní pracovní poměr, plný úvazek
