Technický konzultant SW řešení

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro rychle rostoucí brněnskou společnost působící v oblasti IPTV služeb, která expanduje do zahraničí.

Co Tě na pozici čeká?

  • analýza technického stavu a požadavků zahraničních zákazníků na IPTV řešení
  • konzultace u klientů po celém světě (primárně online, ale vyrazíš i do terénu – Jižní Amerika, Afrika, Asie, Evropa)
  • implementace platformy a nastavení systému dle požadavků zákazníka
  • vytváření přesných technických požadavků pro vývojáře a testery
  • role prostředníka mezi zákazníkem a interními IT teamy
  • řízení realizace SW řešení po celou dobu zakázky – od analýzy, koncepci návrhu řešení, kontrolu realizace až po rollout do produkce
  • spolupráce na přípravě a prezentaci nabídek / řešení
  • prezentace a obhajoba návrhu realizace u potenciálních klientů
  • odpovědnost za návrh řešení HW, SW, sítě/konektivity pro bezproblémové fungování produktu
  • profesní růst a možnost práce ve fajn kolektivu

Požadavky

Jak si Tě představujeme:

  • vyznáš se v IT infrastruktuře a v jejím návrhu (v sítích, Linux serverech, serverovým HW)
  • není ti cizí SQL (ideálně alespoň základy)
  • na uživatelské úrovni ovládáš produkty Atlassian (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
  • zvládneš řídit projekty od A do Z po celou dobu zakázky
  • máš komerční praxi na podobné pozici (analytik, konzultant, SW/IT architekt)
  • máš plynulou angličtinu na pokročilé úrovni pro častou komunikaci se zahraničními zákazníky
  • zajímáš se i o nové technologie a jsi ochotný se je učit
  • máš analytickou mysl a vnímáš souvislosti
  • dokážeš systematicky postupovat pro nalezení a implementaci řešení
  • jsi orientovaný na zákazníka s cílem nalézt pro něj nejlepší řešení
  • máš velmi dobré prezentační a komunikační dovednosti podpořené praxí v jednání se zákazníkem
  • láká Tě cestování po celém světě (Jižní Amerika, Afrika, Asie, Evropa)
