Specialista podpory ERP

Baví tě komunikovat s uživateli a řešit jejich problémy? Máš rád práci se systémy a databázemi?

Popis

Na této pozici budete:

  • poskytovat technickou podpora při implementaci, konfiguraci a údržbě ERP a MES systémů
  • diagnostikovat a řešit problémy spojené s provozem ERP systémů
  • školit nové uživatele a implementovat ERP systémy
  • spolupracovat s týmem dodavatele na identifikovat a opravovat SW chyby

Požadavky

Pozice je přímo pro Vás, pokud:

  • máte technické myšlení a ideálně IT vzdělání
  • ovládáte databázi MS-SQL a umíš objektového programování (C#, Java,Delphi, PHP)
  • máte zkušenosti s některým ERP systémem (Helios,Abra) nebo znáš procesy výrobní společnosti
  • jste schopen komunikovat v angličtině
