The establishment of partnership
The cooperation between our agency ITjobs, s.r.o. and a customer (company) starts with signing a contract.
Specification of a position
At the initiation of cooperation, we welcome the possibility of a personal meeting. Such contact permits our consultant to get to know the atmosphere in which a new employee will be working and the company atmosphere. That way, our consultant more deeply assesses the client’s needs, which increases the efficiency of the search. From then on, the customer can specify a new position by phone or e-mail.
We can start searching for the right candidate after you provide us with the following information:- job specification, location of workplace
- required and preferred knowledge (specific technologies, certification etc.)
- language knowledge
- work experience
- education
- offered salary and benefits
- additional information (driving license, business trips)
Interview with candidates
On the basis of analyses of applicants´ CV´s and phone prescreening we invite selected candidates to the office of our agency ITjobs for an interview with one of our consultants. The consultant aims to determine the candidate’s skills and language abilities and examines his personal skills for a particular position. The interview always includes examination of language skills (especially the ability to speak English), and if the customer has some specific needs, we can help them with the testing of candidates´ knowledge (especially technical or proficiency skills depending on the type of position). Our consultants understand the ICT sphere, which we consider to be a necessary condition for discussing matters with candidates on a professional level.
Presentation of candidates´ career-lists
If a candidate meets the requirements for a certain position – regarding both professional experience and personal skills - we send our customer the candidate´s Curriculum Vitae. Together with the CV, our consultants send a covering letter which contains a character analysis of candidates and a detailed appraisal of their knowledge and experience. Based on this information, the client chooses applicants for a face-to-face meeting. If there is interest, we are happy to arrange a meeting with the candidate.
Guarantee
If the customer decides to terminate employment within 3 months from its beginning, we will select a new candidate free of charge.
